The courts at Mumbai India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy.

NO WAIVER

The rights and remedies available under this Privacy Policy may be exercised as often as necessary and are cumulative and not exclusive of rights or remedies provided by law.
